Bloodline/Clan Ability:This clan has known to be related to the Rinnegan,but only gives the user power,to an extent.With this similar ability,the most the user can learn of elements,would be 4,which they achieve at Jounin/Kage.Even though they can use the element,to keep with clan's inferior power,their techniques are weaker than normal.They will first learn two elements at genin,another at chunin,and the final,fourth element at Jounin.

History of Bloodline/clan:In every history book,there is a beginning,middle,and end.This bloodline consists on the beginning of ninjutsu,and the creator of it.The creator of ninjutsu,and elements,was Rikudo Sennin.Once dead,his ability to use all forms of ninjutsu(elements) was passed onto an Amegakure orphan named Nagato(Pein).He was given the ability,via his Rinnegan(Samsara eye).This gave Nagato the ability to possibly use all forms of Ninjutsu,even techniues from the Yamanaka clan.Once Nagato died,the Rinnegan was passed onto Taimoshi,but instead of all forms of ninjutsu,he was only able to perform a limited amount.This vast control makes Taimoshi have to work hard,before he can master his already known elements.His Rinnegan is currently dormant,and not activated yet o.o
